Returns & Exchanges

 

At Suthri, each garment is thoughtfully made in small batches using traditional hand block printing techniques. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and limited production runs, we encourage customers to review product details, sizing, and shipping timelines carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • The item must not show any signs of wear, damage, fragrance, or alteration.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at hello.suthri@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Relevant images (if applicable)

Please note:

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Custom-sized, made-to-order, discounted, or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or defective.

We recommend using a reliable and trackable courier service, as Suthri is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello.suthri@gmail.com with clear photographs of the issue.

Once reviewed and approved by our team, we will offer:

  • A replacement (subject to availability),
  • Store credit,
  • Or a refund, depending on the situation.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order for the preferred item while initiating a return request for the original product.

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refund processing timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once placed, as we begin processing them shortly after confirmation.


Custom Sizing Orders

Please note that custom sizing requests may require an additional 1–3 business days beyond the standard processing timeline.

Custom-sized garments are non-returnable and non-refundable.
